    The link is to Associated Baptist Press, basically started by disgruntled liberal (or "moderate") Baptists after the Conservative Resurgence in the Southern Baptist Convention. I think they usually try to keep this kind of open heresy under wraps (or at least muted somewhat) but sometimes it slips out. I was also under the impression that Denver seminary was evangelical, but we know that word doesn't mean much anymore.

    Wrong school. Miguel De La Torre teaches at Iliff School of Theology in Denver, which is United Methodist and has no relation to Denver Seminary.
